Plane ticketArrival Date: Plan your trip so you can arrive ahead of the welcome party which starts at 8:30pm at EcoHotel Ristorante Milano. If you're in the wedding party, the rehearsal will start at ~5pm on Friday afternoon (May 28th).Departure Date: On Sunday (May 30th), we will have a pool & pizza party as a post-wedding celebration, at the Villa. If you plan to attend, we recommend waiting to check out of the hotel until Monday morning (Memorial Day, May 31st). There will be 3 nights of planned events: The Welcome Party (attire: "Come as you are for a spring night in Italy").The Wedding (attire: "Garden cocktail").The Pizza/Pool Party (attire: bathing suits and coverups)Be careful which what shoes you choose to wear! If no rain, the wedding ceremony and dinner will be held outside on grassy lawns. Throughout the wedding venue, there are tons of cobble stones and uneven surfaces. High heels are not recommended unless they are platform / block heels.

Unfortunately the wedding venue is not very ADA friendly. The venue is a 13th-century fortified tower, and the property features rustic, traditional layouts, including rooms in the main villa and separate cottages. There are lots of steps, staircases, and uneven surfaces everywhere you go. Please reach out to Mamie and Duncan if you have any questions or concerns!

We feel so lucky to celebrate with our closest friends and family in a very intimate setting. Because we’re keeping our wedding weekend very small, we’re only able to invite the guests listed on your invitation. We kindly ask that no additional guests attend unless named. We love you all so much, and appreciate your understanding!
